Hi millymol and welcome!

The best thing you can do is settle down with a glass of wine (or whatever you drink!) and have a good read of the forum as most of the questions you've asked will be answered in the various different sections.

Just by having a good read of the forum you will get the general idea of PP. I spent ages reading when I first joined and I'd visited PP several times before. I found out so much that I hadn't known about the resort and it added to the anticipation!

If you want any help with specific questions, it's best to post them in the relevant forums.
