Can anyone tell me the name of the apartment/villa which is just past the illa d'or Hotel above Ponderosa villa?

I researched this a number of years ago and came to the conclusion that only the ground floor at Ponderosa is available for rent. I could be wrong and if so good luck and enjoy as it is a fantastic spot.
