Default The Hotel Illa d'Or 85th Anniversary.

The Illa d'Or celebrates it's 85th Anniversary this year and they have an on-line booklet charting their history, it's very interesting and has English translation. Here is the link :- Illa d'Or. 1929 - 2014. 85 Aniversario.

That's really wonderful and makes very interesting reading. I will need to look at it properly when I have time, to take everything in.
The Illa d'Or is, and always has been, a real credit to P.P. Always so tidy, efficient staff.
May it go on successfully to it's 100th anniversary in 15 years time.
(Not stayed there as yet, but a great place for a cold beer on the terrace soon after arriving in P.P. or a meal on a nice warm evening).
