Warning all ryanair passengers
Read this on-line, how do Ryanair get away with this sort of thing :- Ryanair website goes offline, but will still charge passengers who haven't printed boarding passes | Mail Online
Yes Sparky, just read about this on Moneysavingexpert.com too.
Ryanair flyers face £60 fees thanks to web shutdown . |
It is absolutely disgraceful , we refuse to use them.I would rather pay more & I never thought I would ever say that.
Whilst i don't agree with them charging, the other side of the coin is they are giving people plenty of notice via e-mail, the press etc. You have to print a boarding pass sometime, why not just do it now and avoid the hassle:confused:
Much as I don't like what they do & flying with them is hardly enjoyable, if it wasn't for their very cheap flights from Stansted (so long as I just take hand-luggage!) we would not be visiting PP as often...
Very true Pollensa, they have made it possible for millions of people to visit countries they would have not thought possible a decade ago.
Pro's : Good, new planes, nearly always on time, reasonable(ish) prices.
Cons : very, very poor PR/customer service. Bit like Marmite really but yes, they've allowed many "ordinary" people the freedom of cheapish travel. You pays your money and takes your choice !! |
Just wish they flew from our nearest airport...
