Default Anyone used Flybe from southampton?

I'm just wondering what aircraft they use for this route. I've done Southampton to Edinburgh with Flybe and the aircraft was like a Dash 8. I don't fancy doing anything longer than an hour in one of them again!

Hi mearsy, i have used Flybe from Exeter and thought they were very efficient.
They use Embraer 195 aircraft and was impressed with the noise level and comfort.

Thanks Sparky. That's what I'm hoping they use from Soton. It would make sense to use something a little bigger for a longer trip. Not that I'm using them this time, but for future trips I will plan my stay around their flight schedule. It's so much less hassle going from closer to home.

Thumbs up

We fly from Southampton all the time during the summer and have no hesitation in recommending Flybe from there.
The planes are small & very comfortable and service is excellent.

I just wish they flew from there in the winter too!

Can't wait for my first trip out of the season on the 29th March.

I have just been on the Flybe web site and they do use the Embraer 195 from Southampton.

Default Flybe from Southampton to Palma

Yes, Flybe from Southampton to Palma provide excellent standards of comfort and service.
Although Southampton is my nearest airport (only a short taxi ride away), I also use Ryanair from Bournemouth as they are often much cheaper - even when adding the cost of car parking on.
