No frills carrier easyJet has restructured the way in which it sells tickets, rolling out its 2010 months ahead of the traditional schedule.

Making it possible to book earlier than before, the airline today released its schedules for spring 2010 from bases across the UK. This means it is now possible to book flights from Belfast, Bristol, East Midlands, Liverpool and Newcastle up to the end of June 2010.

However, this excludes flights from London and Scotland, which go on sale within the next few weeks. Seats for all airport for summer 2010 are expected to go on sale next month.

Previously the airline launched its schedules in two six month blocks, winter and summer timetables, the new process will enable passengers to better plan ahead and take advantage for the airline’s fantastic lowest fares.

Carly Brear, easyJet’s UK commercial manager commented: "easyJet is now releasing its seats for spring and summer 2010 earlier than ever to give our customers the opportunity to plan ahead and get the best deals online for flights."

we need to get in fast for 1/2 term...

smg 08-08-2009 11:24

LGW flights now available - no email alert - but the prices are v high for 1/2 term, possibly reflecting on the loss of the BA route, who were charging over 50% less

ho hum, what to do; a pox on school holiday profiteering
