Use the photo shot of your booster Jab - that’s what I used using option 2 if I remember rightly.

Pick option 2, it probably won’t verify your document but that is fine you just fill in the details manually and you will be fine (we arrived on Thursday and had to do this, it wouldn’t verify my PDF of my vaccine).

If you choose option 2 it then gives you option to scan the qr code from your covid certificate. Scan the latest one (booster) and you will get fast control rather than document control.

I'm flying out Sun 18:00...just started completing the SPTH - kept on going (haven't entered seat no.) and it's let me complete it and sent my QR code (without seat no.) - how has it accepted it over 48 hours prior to flying? any thoughts?

I’m not sure if the Spanish Health form is needed any more. Try Google for further information.

According to GOV site and JET 2 the locator form for fully vaccinated adults is no longer required. Needed for those not fully jabbed and 12-17 year olds.
I think that the French site caters for all departure countries many of which still have to register the infm.

What does your Airline website say ?

Easyjet has for example "Covid 19 Travel hub "

with informstion clearly laid out subject to a bit of data input applicable ie nationality etc and its info is dated as being correct @12 April.

The Gov UK Spain website has also a statement stating entry requirments ...under section All travellers ......

You need to go to gov.U.K. Site - just type into Google - spain Covid entry requirements and the official site is usually first. It states that if you are fully vaccinated and have recognised vaccine certificates - digital or paper - as long as has QR code. Anyway you can look for yourselves.

Also! Always best to check requirements just before travelling as they change all the time.
