Jet2 - Palma Airport
Just got back from a weekend in Palma. Turns out all jet2 flights now go in and out of Module C at the airport, not Module A with other UK flights.
One thing to be careful of.. You get full access to all the shops, bars, and food outlets of C, but once you go through passport check, you've only got a toilet and a vending machine. |
I think it might be the winter flights only using terminal C as we have flown twice with Easyjet over this winter and also done the same. They probably shut the other terminal, terminal (A).
|
A few weeks ago there was a lot of work going on outside that may have been restricting access to the other terminals.

Terminal A is having a make over.

We came back on Monday through Terminal C, which I remember being ghastly many years ago. Found it very pleasant. If MacDonalds is your thing (we grabbed a couple of burgers there with super quick service using the ordering screens), that’s available and at this time of year the bars etc are very quiet.
If you’re one of those who must get through passport control early at any cost, be sure to read the prominent signs telling you that there are only toilets beyond that point......there’s no going back! Last year we went through Terminal D, which usually handles the internal Spanish flights. Surprise, surprise, water was 70% of the cost in Terminal A and the catering arrangements were clearly aimed at the locals...... much better, much cheaper! |
All makes sense now. Although I found on the Jet2 website that they were moving to C back in November, but no mention of for how long. I always preferred going through C, but did like getting past passport control in A and still being able to get something to eat or drink while being close to the gate.
