Travelling options to Sa Calobra

We will be spending a day in Port de Soller and would like to go to the Sa Calobra beach by public transport.

We will be there on an April Sunday and would like to take the bus which we learnt from this forum was a wonderful ride. But all we found was this link: Transport in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca - taxis, bus, trains, airport transfers
It seems that there are no buses to Sa Calobra on Sunday. Is that true?

The other alternative I gather is the boat. Do they operate on Sundays?

Any information in this regard will be very helpful. Thanks.

I stand to be corrected but I dont think any buses run to Sa Colobra until the summer timetable commences in May, that is from Puerto Pollensa, you may be able to get buses from Palma.

During the summer there are 2 buses that both leave PP terminus at 10:00am, one goes to Soller and Puerto Soller, the other goes to Sa Calobra, with a one hour stay at the monastery at LLuc. We did this trip last year and it was wonderful, you can walk from Sa Calobra to the 'Torrent de Pareis, where you will see something completely out of the ordinary, well worth the walk.

We caught a boat back from Sa Calobra to Puerto Soller which took about an hour (seem to remember it was quite expensive), then the train back to Palma and eventually the bus back to PP but if you opt for the bus back to PP from either Soller or Sa Calobra then be aware they leave about 3pm.

Thanks a lot for your responses. Seems we will have to deal with these transport constraints while planning the trip.
