Default Coming in 2 weeks - so excited!

Well the title says it all... I am super excited about my first visit to PP it sounds amazing. I am coming with my mum and step dad and my 2 year old daughter.

Was just wondering what the weather has been like as I heard May was wet last year and I am a little worried?

We are staying at Villa Concha which I have read some good things about, any ideas?

Also was wondering if there is a glass bottom boat nearby and if so would you recommend it.

Am hoping to dp the train ride from Palma to Soller an maybe get to Marineland too.

The rest of the time will be on the beach and in the see - hopefully?

Would like to hear any feedback or suggestions, never really been abroad on holiday before and want get the most of it.

Thanks so much.

All I can say is you will love PP. Lovely beach for your 2 year old. The train ride Soller to Palma is well worth it. On the way to Soller call in at Fornalutx - fabulous little village. If you have a car do try to drive out to Formentor - views are amazing and Formentor beach is just beautiful. Also Sa Calobra - a real hair raising drive - but well worth it.
Hope you enjoy every minute of your holiday.

The old town of Pollensa is just inland and is gorgeous - full of atmosphere, especially at the Sunday morning market (get there early to find a parking place though). The old town of Alcudia is also really picturesque and very different to the touristy part around the Port of Alcudia (which I wouldn't necessarily recommend, although there are some great restaurants there...) If you have older children they'd enjoy a trip to the Caves at Campanet. There is loads to do without having to drive very far. But we always make an itinerary of trips out and then end up spending nearly all the time on the beach at PP.... It's just such a beautiful area, you will love it.
