Question boat trips?

Hi,
as I will be a first time visitor to PP I would like to know what kind of boat trips are available, where to and how much do they cost. Which come recommended and are there any to avoid?

Thanks

Hi Familygirl,
There are boat trips from the marina to Formentor, I think hourly. There not too expensive and it's a lovely bay, but pretty crowded in the Summer.
There are also schooner hires for the day. They limit the number to about 8 I think and are a really fun day out. I think you can look it up on this site, but I'm a little out of touch with things at the mo!!
Hope you have a great time

Hello

Have a look here:

Puerto Pollensa (Pollenca) - sailing, yacht charters, watersports, scuba

I also found this on the excursions page - for more details see the list down the left hand side of this page.

See http://puertopollensa.com/excursions...lagaviotaboats for 2009 timetable & prices of the boat trips

We took a sunset cruise on the Tudor Dawn run by a British Couple in early August. Lasted three + a half hours from 5.30pm. Sailed across the bay, than anchored and swam in the sea. They have flippers/snorkels + buoyancy jackets onboard. Then had tapas/a cold drink + sailed back into the sunset. Cost EUR 164 for 2 Adults + 2 Children. Quite expensive but well worth it for the experience.
