Now trying to take it easy to save my energy for the battle this afternoon. Hope to see lots of you there..... MOLTS D`ANYS.
Oh!! and they have been letting off those loud bangers all day, don't half make you jump .

If the bangers made you jump Sparky, you should have been in the football ground for the final part of the battle. The blunderbusses and shot guns were something else. There was a terrific atmosphere and I had the feeling that there were more people involved in the battle than when I saw it several years ago. None the less a brilliant spectacle, gave the final bits in the town a miss due to the large number of people heading that way. History was not rewritten, the Christians won lol.

Really enjoyed the whole experience so loud and they had a fight right beside us, we were squashed against a wall Libby thought she wouldn't breath again, great fun.

Is that a gun firing off in photo 20 or a flame thrower?!! What a good photo!

Thanks for the links Zelda, there is also a good video on there of the giants. I have seen a few battered, bruised and scratched guys about today and of course a few with very sore heads .
