If they do as normal those dates would be about right, but you never know with our council .
As for an itinerary it is way too early to say, there is more chance of snow falling in August than a timetable being released before the end of June .

I have just been looking for any more info and it seems that the fiesta will run from 10th-19th July . This has been posted on FB by the ajuntament, here is the link :- Calendar. There are no actual details of what is happening but i would think the fireworks (if there are any) will be on Sunday19th .

Hiya. What part of the beach are the fireworks on (if any)? Also the beach party? Is this the party that plays loud music on the beach until the early hours?!! We have booked an apartment near the guardia civil and have 2 young children, so I'm now concerned this will keep them up! Thanks

The fireworks are on La Gola beach and if there is a beach disco this year then it has also been held on the same part of the beach..(in the past it has been the week before ) and would not think you would hear very much where you are staying- but as Sparky said the actual events have not yet been published

If there are fireworks this year my advice would be to do as the locals do .... Have a family siesta earlier in the day and then take the kids along to the beach to watch the fireworks .... Ours watched them on the beach from being toddlers and loved the fireworks and the party atmosphere

Last year we watched from our hotel balcony, but when the kids were young we went to the beach, they are brilliant, I do love fireworks, really good fun sitting on the cold sand with the crowd.

The holidays are a time to reconnect with friends, relatives,
neighborhoods ... to enjoy the many cultural events,
