Hi Sparky

I thought Mulligans closed ( or was that O' Haras). I get these Irish bars mixed up.

Anyway my son will be glad Elvis is back........... again!

It is now run by an English couple and their son, they have also taken over AL Fresco.

Thanks for the info

So is it exactly as before an Irish theme pub.? I thought the last tenants left because there was a huge increase in rent making it un profitable as it was.

Well that is not really true, there were still 4 years to go on the lease so the rent would be the same, however 2 of the 3 partners wanted out and that's the reason it went on the market.
I also have been told that the building is not owned by TM people but by another local family who are quite small in stature .

Perhaps they'll turn it in to an English theme bar in time for the world cup, let's hope so

Glad to see Dennis continues at Mulligans.. It has an ideal stage for him and enough room to take his kicks, shakes, and his famous forward roll.. If you don't know what I am talking about then make sure you go see him.. He entertains.. not just sings.. I see him every time I can and think he is one of the best. All for the cost of a drink...
