Default Swimming Pools that non guests can use?

We are about to holiday in Puerto Pollensa for a fortnight in the Pinaret area at an apartment that doesn't have a pool. Does anyone know of a pool (other than the municipal pool) that we and our children could occasionally use during our stay? We are happy to purchase drinks / snacks from hotel bars if allowed to use the pool?

Default Swimming pool

I would recommend the pool at La Laguna (in the street behind the Illa D'Or Hotel). It was lovely & clean when we were there and there are comfortable sun beds and tables there too. They also have live music on some days.
Food & snacks are of a high standard.

The nearest would be Villa Concha.

Yes Villa Concha would be nearest...I always found that as long as you buy a few drinks or a snack perhaps then it was fine..the pool is good...its divided into 2 parts with a shallower side (nearest the bar) for smaller children

I do feel that if you specifically require a pool you should book apartments that have this facility. Even if the management are happy if drinks etc are purchased by non-guests it is annoying to find non-guests taking up sunbeds for example of which there are never usually enough for guests let alone people wandering in from outside.

This would be your best bet as it open to all and is of a high standard

I also believe the pool at the White Rose - Rosa Blanca is available if a drink is purchased. Agree that Villa Concha is your best bet and is in Pinaret so will be convenient. Villa Concha is a family aparthotel so you may find there will be children of a similar age to your own for them to befriend.

We used to pop into The White Rose (opposite Habitat apts.) to use the internet, the staff were always very friendly, I felt quite sorry for them really, they seemed to try so hard but never seemed really busy.
From what I saw of it the pool looked nice and clean, lots of space round about. May be worth a try if everywhere else is really busy.

I do feel that if you specifically require a private pool you should book apartments that have this facility. It is annoying to find people who've booked somewhere, knowing that non-guests are welcome.... and then whinging about it!
