Default Horse Riding

Hi

I'll be in PP in June/August. Does anyone know of horse riding available in or around the area for a horse-mad 9-year old?

thanks

Hi Fruitpicker
I have a horse mad 9 year old too:eek
Anyhow we didnt do it this year but have in the past. We've used a place in Port Alcudia. Its at the back of the resort across the road from the Sieata/ Bellevue complex. There is a main road and roundabout exit on the main road (which may be the final exit coming from Pollensa) and it is a few hundred metres to your right down a narrow road after this roundabout. We only did pony trekking and it was fine. I know that they cater for more experienced riders as well. It was run by an English woman who was very helpful. It may of only been open mornings but I'm not sure. They have a small farm where you can feed the animals too.
Also the Ora Playa does Pony Trekking as part of there entertainment for guests. I bet that they wouldnt mind (for a small fee) if you joined in. We often go to their kids shows and discos etc eventhough we are not staying there. Staff are very nice there but the pony trek may be a bit more for the very small as they only walk around on the grass outside if I remember correctly.
Hope this helps
Killian

Hi Killian

Thanks, the Port Alcudia option sound good. I'll check it out and hope it works out, otherwise I'm dead meat!
