Default PP to Palma by bus

Can anyone tell me exactly where the PP to Palma bus stops in Palma. Will I need further transport in Palma to get to the Cathedral and the harbour or is it within walking distance?

I don't often make the PP to Palma journey by bus, but last time I did (January 07) the bus stopped at the central bus station near the rail terminus. The walk to the Cathedral takes around 30 minutes dependent on how fast you walk. A Palma map would be helpful to select the most direct route and to avoid going around in circles. If you do not fancy the walk, a cab would probably do the journey in five minutes.

The central point to get off the bus is called Placa Espanya (rail terminus is also here).
It is possible to have a very pleasant walk through the old town to the cathedral or another alternative is to take the open top bus tour through Palma. You can get on and off as many times as you like and there is a stop at the cathedral.

See link http://www.city-sightseeing.com/ for details.

Thumbs up PP to Palma

Thanks for the information. The tourist bus looks a good deal and a convenient way of getting round.
