Depending on the fare, around 10%, or rounding up, whichever fits.
Bit more with additional services, like giving a hand with luggage.

If it's 70 from the airport, then 80 perhaps.
If it's 15 from Pollensa to PP, then 16 perhaps.

It's not cast in stone, but a voluntary gratitude.
