Default Car Hire at 80?

I've had this query and I wondered if anyone here had any experience of this as I know that some Car Hire companies have maximum age restrictions or impose higher charges? Does anyone know which companies will be able to help?

"I intend to visit Pollensa/Cala San Vicente during the summer and will need to hire a car. I am aged 80 years, will this cause me any problems, difficulties or significant costs?"

Drivers aged 70 and over
These drivers must contract our Comfort Plus Cover.

I think that the likes of Avis and Hertz might rent to older drivers.
Also, there is a website called Silver Travel Advisor which recommends a car hire firm called Indigo Car Hire who say that they can give advice to "mature" drivers. I've never actually used them but they might be able to help.
