Default Walk & Eat Mallorca

I've recently bought this great new book in the Sunflower series. Although it really is a walking book - with walks of various levels including a good walk around Palma, it also lists restaurants & bars on the way & has several recipes with each walk. All the eateries & recipes feature traditional Mallorquin food.

So even if you have no intention of actually walking, it's a really great read & well worth getting.

This is a handy little book although not exhaustive in its contents. A lot of the popular mallorquin dishes are here and its very pleasantly described. I cooked the pork ratatouille and it went down extremely well!
Highly recommended!!!
