Default sea temp.

Good morning all from a wet but warm East Kilbride.I would like to ask if you think the sea is warm enough to swim in at moment.I am going to be over from the 27th May and do hope the weather is on our side Isee the beach chairs and all are out so looking forward to another great holiday in PP thank you . ferox (Andy)
Ferox is a name for Brown trout to which I held the brittish record for from 1996 -2000 history lesson over.

It's a bit like asking how long's a piece of string really?
It depends on how much you can take the cold. I paddled in it last week and to me it was freezing cold but my 4 year old lad was swimming in it!!!

The few people I saw swimming a way out had wetsuits on. I thought it was damned cold but there you go.
