Indeed Alf - Is your post purely based on the 'For Sale' sign in the window, or have you any more definite information from Miguel himself?

Quote from 'Canbalache' on another thread:

Just to set the record straight there are "for sale" signs at both Miguelon & citrus. They are for the landlord who is looking to sell the freeholds of the locales not the businesses looking to sell the lease.

Thanks for confirming Alf. Any news on which 'establishment' - or is it hush at the moment?

Saw him coming out of the kitchen in El casinet dressed as a cook so looks like he will be there. He really tried while there were hardly any visitors and had to shut when the port started to fill up. Shame

Gosh I hope so!! It's one of our favourites - I'll email Maureen and check when they open up this year. I know the building is up for sale but as of last October'ish it hadnt been sold.

Jazzajac Citrus is still closed, Kenny went back to Scotland to work for the winter but is due back soon, Mo is still here and i am sure they will both be busy getting the restaurant open for the season .

There is lots of speculation about Miguel but nothing has been confirmed, am sure all will be revealed eventually .

I have not heard anything about what will happen to the restaurant that was Miguelons .
