Default Michelin starred restaurant in Palma?

I'm sure someone mentioned one previously but I can't find it. Can anybody recall the name, location etc?

Thanks

There appear to be 4 in Mallorca at the moment:
Michelin Guide restaurants in the UK and abroad - ViaMichelin - All 1 star only

Fabulous and inventive food. Do check the menu though before you visit, it is not always everyone's cup of tea. There are some pretty unusual dishes.

Just looked at Zelda's link and there are 4 in Mallorca, i read on another site that Simply Fosh has lost it's rating.

This is the 4 that are listed:-

Es Fum - Costa d'en Blanes.
Zaranda - Llucmajor.
Es Raco d'Es Teix - Deya.
Jardin - Alcudia.

Vic and I have both come down with it. I'm convinced it's partly due to smoke inhalation. Nothing to do with overdoing it for two days and drinking too much
