Default Best vegetarian paella, ever - O Lume

We went to O Lume with the Sparkes, more of that later, we had their vegetarian paella which quite simply was the best one we have ever had anywhere, it was stunning, so full of flavor, so it now takes the prize as the best veggie paella in the port!
Has anyone else had any good ones this year?

I've not had it this year (yet) but the Veggie Paella at El Posito is fantastic. I've only ever had it as part of the €10 set lunch - so it's also a bargain but I'm not 100% sure its available on their usual menu (which does however include my favourite Paella: Paella Negra ) - I'm sure Sparky will be able to confirm
Also, I would imagine if you give Toni @ EP enough notice he would, as ever, do his best to accommodate.

Hi Doogz
We have tried the veggie paella at el Posito also and I can confirm it is also wonderful, really tasty, we had it as a main, again with the Sparkes, as you say give Toni notice and he can do it for you, well worth trying there as well.

I agree, we had it there a couple of years ago and it was great, glad to see it still on their new menu that Sparky posted the link to yesterday!

Thats good to know Pollensa, the wife doesn't love paella as much as I do so I have to wait till she will share one with me to have it, single portions would be great, one to try next time.

Veggie daughter and wife had paella at O Lume last week and described it as the best ever! I tried it but cannot comment as the steak I'd eaten probably affected the taste!
