Default A good place to lunch for 2 girlies (without the kids!)????

Hi . I'm meeting one of the other forum members for the first time in a week or so and we want somewhere special to have the first meet!

Sarah (Sazzle) and I have known eachother for a while now and I feel like she's one of my bestest buddies! Loads of emails and texts go between us and the time has nearly come for us to get together. A BIG THANK YOU TO THIS FORUM FOR FINDING A GREAT FRIEND FOR ME.

We've provisionally arranged to meet (without the kids) a the Stay for lunch but has anyone got any better suggestions that we might not have thought of.....

Am very open to views/ opinions etc and if I get anywhere that we hadn't thought of then I'll text Sarah when she arrives in PP first. (We're off from Heathrow next weekend)

Suggestions please guys and girls?............

One of the best has got to be Son Brull (pronounced Son Bruie), up on the mountain as you approach Pollensa from the motorway. (Just past the golf course on the right).

It is a 5* hotel, but also allows you to drop in for lunch or one of the spa treatments. I spent 18 euros on a manicure last year which was well worth it to spend all afternoon lazing by their incredible pool and sampling the food. Its quiet, has a stunning view and is perfect for escaping kids and having a chat!

Pricey, but worth it!!
