Default 3 days to go..

Be arriving in 3 days for a 2 week stay, looking forward to good food, good company and plenty of vino collapso

Staying at Pollensamar and wondering what the nearest eating houses are, was on google earth there having a walk around and I see Laguna is near enough next door so will be visiting there, also notice the mini market below it..

Has anyone any other recommendations nearby??

Thanks

Laguna is great - always go there for my 4pm 'large red', which sets me up nicely for the evening debauchery ahead! Nice pool, which is always well used. Big people can sit and eat and drink and little people can happily splash about. One of the many gems in PP. Will be there 4pm on Monday

Thanks Jazzy-B. Can see us becoming regulars at Laguna with it being so close to Pollensamar, have been getting good reports about it. Seems to have all bases covered.

Enjoy guys! Vincent, if it was me i'd keep the mini market for emergencies only, go to the numerous supermarkets, you'll save a lot of money.

We tend to stay down that end of town but normally walk into the centre for a meal. Locally there is the Store Formentor which is just around the corner and is supposed to be good for lunch/snacks.
Hotel Singala also have a lunch/snack menu which was 'okay' - we've not eaten there for a while and the hotel has had a bit of an upgrade so their menu may also have been expanded/improved.
I think your nearest genuine restaurants (outwith Laguna) would be Little Italy, Bar Coral and Laroc which are all only a 5-10 minute stroll away - although once you get that far along you're only another 5-10 mins from all the central restaurants.

I did stay previously at Playa Mar so know roughly were we are in relation to the Pine Walk and the Square. We will probably eat in the evenings further along or at the square but will eat our morning meals close to base. I had been to the Formentor rd Spar which from memory is at the front of Bellsresguard..
