I found one here: www.spain.info/TourSpain/Gastronomia/Productos%20y%20Recetas/Recetas/D/0/Lomo%20con%20col?Language=EN otherwise I should think that there may be one in 'Taste of a Place Mallorca" and/or "Walk and Eat" - see www.puertopollensa.com/Books3.html#food & www.puertopollensa.com/Books2.html#walking

I wonder if anyone has a more "English" version with ingredients that are more readily available in my local town!

I think the only items that may be difficult to get is the mallorcan sausage & I'm sure you could improvise with any other sort of sausage or salami.

I've just checked the recipe in 'Walk & Eat' & it's much simpler - basically boil cabbage leaves (until part done), fry pork fillets, wrap pork in cabbage as little parcels, pour over a sauce made from onions and/or tomato & bake in oven. So I don't think the sausage is essential.

La Fortelesa does the most delicious pork loin with cabbage and we often go there and order it..we call it our comfort food especially in the winter. They stuff the pork with raisins and pine nuts and it is absolutely gorgeous..it's making my mouth water just typing this!!

I have to agree with Debz. La Fortelesa does serve the most wonderful Lomo Con Col. in fact I just love all their "Traditional" dishes and can't wait until our next visit.
Take care.
