Just back after 7 wonderful days in Puerto Pollensa and I thought I would Put my observations to the Forum Members.

Best Value hotel. Bahia on the Pine Walk.
Best Meal in P.P. La Fortalesa
Best Value Restaurtants,Trio,Tots & Tangos.
Best Bar in P.P. Bonys--by a mile.
Biggest rip-off Il Posito (Were we just unlucky?).
Maybe some of the members could send in their thoughts.

Hi Barmy, before Smiddy see this and freaks out totally:lol , just wondered why you thought El Posito was a rip off. We have been quite a few times and have always thought it great food and very enjoyable atmosphere. It is probably not the cheapest around, but I thing good value.
Would be interested to hear your thoiughts (in civilised tones so as to keep all happy):lol :lol

Sorry to give bad comments about Il Posito. Four of us ate there last week. My wife ordered Veal Escalope which when cut was pink in the middle. When she pointed this out it was taken away and brought back (same piece) hard and cremated. Not exactly what we expected for the full price. Veal in La Fortalesa was perfect - and cheaper!!

Default GENERAL OBSERVATIONS

Hi

Ate at El Posito's during our visit at the end of August. My brother-in-law had the T-Bone steak, one side of the bone was fine the other was just fat !! It was sent back ! The remaining meals were just OK nowhere near as good as previous years.
We appreciated the free wine whilst we waited an hour for our table, but in the end it wasn't worth it.
Shame

Tony

Sorry El Posito fans.

the bad meal was not at your favourite restaurant but at El Mojito's in the square.
Got my Posito's and Mojito's mixed up.

Tony
