This is the the bill of fayre for Xmas lunch, you can opt for 4 courses @ 39.75€ pp or 5 courses @ 42.50€ pp :-

Default The Christmas Eve/Day menu at Tango.

I was given the menu today, it's in Spanish so i have roughly translated it.

The appetizer.
Serrano ham Croquetas, Pate de Armanac.

Starter. choose from:-
Traditional Christmas soup (Turkey and pasta).
Salad of aderezada with sherry viegar, virgin olive oil, roasted aubergine and peppers.
Ragout of mushroom with fish and prawns.
Ravioli carbonara with fine herbs.
Prawns in batter with tomato and ali-oli.

Main. choose from:-
Venison with mushrooms.
Roast leg of lamb in white wine and rosemary.
Turkey stuffed with raisins, pine-nuts and spinach.
Pork kebab.
Baked fillet of fish with squid and prawns.
(All the above dishes served with fresh vegetables of the day)

Dessert. choose from:-
Various desserts from the trolley.
Fresh fruit.

Water.
Wines.
Nuviana (Chardonnay).
Vina Gormaz (Ribera del Duero).
Cava:Codorniu Brut.

Here is the menu for NYE (Nochevieja 2011) it is only in Spanish so i have translated it as best i can :-

Starters.
Lobster tails marinaded in sherry vinegar and fine herbs.
*
Cream of white asparagus with Mallorcan almonds.
*
Monkfish & shellfish cocktail.

Mains.
Sea bream on a bed of spinach & fresh vegetables with a dill sauce.
*
Grilled veal medalions with mustard sauce and a reduction of Pedro Ximenez.

Main dishes are garnished with Fried potato curls and buttered brocolli with carmalized apple.


Desserts.
Tropical fruits with nutty icecream.
*
Glace date biscuit with a dark chocolate sauce.

Mineral water.
Wine:-
Nuviana Chardonnay 2010.
Vina Pomal Rioja Crianza 2008.

Cava:-
Codorniu Brut.

Good Luck grapes & cotillon.

Music with DJ Javi Vidal.

Price 41€ p.p
