Bars open in winter 2011/2012.
 

Here is a list of bars which i am told will be open through the winter, starting from November 1st. It is not complete so if any of you know of others please let me know and i will add them. I will add opening times as and when i have confirmation from the owners.

New Bar Cultural.
Bar Junior.
Bar Med. - Mon to Fri 6pm til 11pm, Sat/Sun 12 til 9pm.
Bar Rumbo. - closed every Sun.
Batucada. - Every night from 6.30pm.
Bodeguita.
Cafe 63. - open every day from 7am til late.
Can Balache. - 11am til 11pm closed Mon/Tue/Wed
Can Tofol.
Citrus. - opening early March
El Pozo.
Es Moll (Cafe eu Moll).
Esperanza.
Es Recco.
Geminis.
Hardleys - closed Tue.
Hostal Paris. - closed down.
Km Zero. Mon/Sat 10am to 11pm, Sun 12 noon til 11pm
Marina Cafe. -
Max's.
Mombassa.
Neptuno.
Nostalgia. -closed Mon.
O'Haras. - Open Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun 6pm til 3am with live music on Fridays.
Palms. - will be open from 9th March.
Romero.
Rosa Blanca.
Rustic. - closed Mon/Tue.

Hahaha!!!, Oh lollipop the things i do in the name of research :eek:;).

Having a little mental block as to the location of a few of these...any assistance please :confused:...i know it will be a "doh" moment when someone points them out (and no not planning a pub crawl :D )

Bar Med = C/Temple Fielding (the old Trotters).
Es Moll = C/Roger de Flor (behind the church).
Es Reco = C/Vicenc Buades (opposite what was the Chinese, beside the Health Centre).
Romero = C/Roger de Flor (from C/Juan XX111 end, on the right, across from the Chinese emporium).

Nostalgia is now closed until Thursday December 15th.

The darts league is now underway so some bars will be open every other Monday night when they have a home match.:)

sparky ma darling, i'm starting to get a bit concerned here re my epl and spl games when over in Dec.

my usual haunt at this time of year was jk's for rangers and chelsea or from time to time mulligans but kenny and mo's for the big game ;) going on your recent posts and the demise of jk's none appear to be open, can you please post which bars that are open are showing epl and spl games before i have a breakdown, thanks in advance

Hi Gers i don't think you will need to worry too much, pretty sure you will be able to watch the matches in BarMed which is run by Kev from the old JKs and also Hardleys, they both have 3 tvs. Meanwhile i will find out if any other bars will be showing the footy over the festive period ;).

sparky, not been over this year due to work commitments etc and you've lost me on the bar med mention, checked back posts on the place and can't find directions, yes pp is a small place and won't be hard to find i'm sure but a heads up on the local would be great thanks, p.s. i'm rubbish at street names so a landmark close by would be great, ta

Hi Gers BarMed is where Trotters used to be, at the end of Temple Fielding, across the road from Sail & Surf :).

This is a new, Spanish owned bar situated opposite the primary school near to Confort. It is open every day from 7am until late and serves an MDD for 7.50€ plus various tapas. :D

Bar Romero has now closed for their winter break.

sorry you've lost me never frequented trotters afraid and cant place sail and surf as never owned a yacht either :D

Oh ok, how about from Tolos going towards the roundabout, go over the bridge @ La Gola and turn up the first road on your left and the bar is on the right.
