Default places to eat in old pollenca

Have been to pollenca for last 15 years on and off and have eaten mainly in pp. Love Can Pacieni, Can Gurassa, El Lumo and Tangos but would now like to try restaurants in Old Pollenca can anyone recommend.

Hi poshbeck!

You are truly spoilt for choice for places to eat in the old town of Pollensa.

My favourites are Ca'n Costa, Trencadora, Clivia and Ca N'Olesa.

Others include Il Giardino (Italian), Cantonet, Le Font del Gall and La Fonda.

All the places above are within easy walking distance of the main square which has some lovely bars where you can sit and have a pre-dinner drink.

A lot of these restaurants advertise through this site - see the Eating Out section to the left of this page.

Also, have a good browse through this section and read reviews submitted by other members.

I hope you enjoy!

Jane

None of you seem to mention La Posada d' Ariant in Pollenca, better to sit inside rather than the busy outside corner. The lamb and mallorcan wine is something else!

Hi!

We ate here in August 2005 and hubby had the lamb which he really enjoyed.

It's right next to Ca N'Olesa, isn't it?

Great place to sit and watch people! Wish I was there now!

And the best Sea Bream to be had is at Clivia with an ice cold white Macia Batel !
