Default What price a view

Illa d'Or. Sangria for three €20' wifi €2 for 2hours, residents free (even though our bill for hospitality on the terrace was over €45)

On the walk back into town, rejected Cappochino(?) in favour of Stay where the coffee is cheaper.

Stay - Sangria for three €12!!! Wifi free. Plus great service even when we are back home, in the cold and rain, Stay gives us our daily fix of PP via the webcams. Just for this we will make an effort to support Stay!!

Late news about Laguna - they are operating a reduced (though adequate) menu following the chef having a accident on his scooter - leg and arm seriously bandaged - get well soon !

Oh, what's this about Laguna? 'Discovered' this in June and became fanatical about my 4pm Large Glass of Red. Absolutely wonderful way to start the evening's activities (if a little earlier than usual!). My son is going to PP next week to show his partner where he used to have brilliant childhood holidays, and I've told him they must go to Laguna for an afternoon swim. Can you still get afternoon/evening meals?

I prefer the Marina café, the view is the same, the staff friendlier and the prices cheaper too!

Pool and facilities all in working order - just a temporary reduced (but adequate) menu pending repaired/replacement chef.

@ sws - err, Marina same view as Laguna??

No Clinkham the Cappuccino view I meant, for me the best view of the bay has to be the terrace at Tamarells beach bar, from there you can see the whole wonderful bay from one side all the way around to the other, do it at sunset and watch the mountains glow pink.
