Default c'an costa

Don't know if this will help:

Samples from the menu
Starters: Wild game ravioli tossed in rosemary butter; Pata negra ham; Salt and pepper squid nestled on a prawn and white bean salad; Caramelized scallops with roasted cherry tomatoes and green asparagus, drizzled with a vodka and lemon emulsion.

Main dishes - Corn-fed chicken breast stuffed with butifarron, served with a creamy whisky porridge; Roast Cod fillet on a bed of sattron scented mussels, sauteed leeks and pancetta; Poached fillet of beef, served with a signature red wine jus, spiced red cabbage cigar and celeric puree; Red Peppercorn crusted ostrich dressed with a strawberry balsamic reduction.

Desserts: Rhubarb and muscat rice pudding brule; Bitter chocolate torte with caramelised pears and a peat and grappa sorbet.
