Nostalgia...No need to sing for your supper.
We ate at Nostalgia a couple of evenings ago and had super meals.Breaded Pork for me and Beef Stroganoff(The way it should be prepared) for her.The chef, Ross ,must be one of the best in the Port.I know he has had years of experience at a restaurant which we all know closed down a couple of years ago.
Perhaps Nostalgia is known for one thing, and one thing only, and this may put some people off,but they shouldn't be as the singing doesn't start until well after 10pm and by then most diners will have finished their meal.
Of course, after that they can join in the fun and give a rendition of their favourite song.I have been known to sing like Lee Marvin in Nostalgia occasionally.
So instead of one of your usual restaurants why not try Nostalgia. If you do I bet you go back again.

You may even catch Sparky, luckily not singing but enjoying her white water (wine).

Visited Last week, dissapointed to See the Lambretta that stood outside not there, even more dissapointed to learn Colin garaged it to make room for smokers. It wast the best restoration Ive seen, but then thats my love, but there is no such thing as a bad Lambretta. As for moving it to benefit smokers... Good god.

You are kidding?! That's not good news at all! It was becoming almost as iconic as the boat! Surely the smokers weren't going to set it alight or something. And they could always move just a little further away!

I tried to get Colin to let me ride it Last year, but he said it wasnt mot,d so I was hoping for it this year. It was a bit of a mismatch, Li Panels, GP front guard, etc. but a Lambretta is a Lambretta. On another note there are some nice Vespas about, particularly smallframes, a rarer sight in the UK than here.

Colin and Michaela told me during the winter that the Lambretta was not going to be outside this year and i can assure you it is not just to accomodate smokers, there were other reasons as well for their decision.

lostsoul, thats what drew us in also at first the modded up lammy outside just had to go in and see why/who etc, and yes it was a bit of a hotchpotch of parts when i looked closer
when we were over last winter when it was quite colin was more than happy to play old northern soul and tamala mowtown tracks most of the night just to amuse me and mrs gers
re your comment on no such thing as a bad lammy, at least you can keep fit pushing them everywhere
i too enjoy looking at the smallframes on the island as i'm a vespa anorak, if your interested there is still a large vespa showroom/garage selling 2nd hand stuff in palma, cant remember the raod but its one of the main ones on the way in off the motorway near the centre
