TRIP REPORT: Trios

We arrived about seven pm a week last Sat, and having unpacked going to the Spar to stock up on essentials it was getting late so after a quick wash and change, we headed up for Trios a firm favourite with us. The food here is very good and exceptional value for moneyat 15 euro for the MDD.
We were in for a treat as it looks like the locals go here for their weekly night out as there was live music and everyone was dancing and having a good time
Starters
I had a prawn and smoked salmon salad and my husband Mike had prawn cocktail
Mains
2 whole sea bass not very big but very tasty plus veg washed down with a bottle of Faustino(white) and a bottle of water
Dessert
was 2 strawberries and ice cream
A very enjoyable evening and we ended up dancing tired as we were

We celebrated two birthdays while we were in PP one at Trio and one at Tango. Both were excellent, a nice cake and candles were supplied and they sang Happy Birthday and made it a really good night.
I must say that the staff at the Tango are exceptional, they are an absolute credit to their employers and always seem to go that one extra step to making you have a fabulous evening.

Totally agree on Trios which is one of our favourites - we have never been disappointed with the food or service and it's such brilliant value for money
