Hi Peter,

In the height of the season PP is full of families with young children (seems to be predominately toddlers/ pre schoolers IMO.)

All the restaurants are geared up for this and I can't think off the top of my head of anywhere that I have eaten where there hasn't been kids/ they haven't been welcomed. In the main square there are often groups of kids of all nationalities running around the trees/ shrubbery together whilst their parents eat at any number of restaurants around the square. The kids all come running when the guy from Bonny's comes out with his sweeties.

Most have child menus and a good deal of restaurants include things on the main menu that kids normally like such as pasta/ pizza etc.

For places which seemed to particularly enjoy having my little nieces I would recommend; Manduca (great selection of food), Tango (sit inside for the dancing if you have little ones), Little Italy (run about on the Pine Walk beach), Mestral (waiters love kids), and Hibiscus (staff are lovely).

Have a great holiday - let us know how you get on.

Lala :)

We are coming back in Sept for the3d year with our 3 year old. As Lala says, pretty much everywhere v child friendly and we've never really hada bad meal. A few siggestions - we like Laroc - no special kids menu but fantastic pasta and they are happy to do a kids portion, Centric on the square as the kids menu was a bit more varied than some places and Nicos for Tex Mex - kids get some colouring to do and a lolly at the end.

I agree with you on Nico´s, they were great with my children and there food is also great. I was told that some nights they also have live jazz.
