Default Breakfast

Whats your recommendations for the best breakfast in the Port?

Be it 'full english' style or continental

Am i also right in thinking there is an American diner in the Port and do they do pancakes and maple syrup for breakfast..not healthy i know, but they are rather yummy.

Brilliant continental breakfast at the Miramar Hotel for E5. (you don't need to be resident)
2 x Toast, Jam, Marmalade, etc., Croissant, Pan au Chocalate, Fresh Orange Juice, Excellent Coffeee, wonderful surroundings, all nicely served - give it a try. I.M.O. very good value for money, like the Pines (above).
For something more 'local' try El Pozo on Joan XX111 (on LHS about 100m from Marina Roundabout on road out to Pollensa).

Has to be Joker on the front for full breakfast, or the Marina for Crepes and coffee.

Default Breakfast

As Sparky says, Hardleys American Diner do American Pancakes for breakfast.

This morning I had a short stack (3 pancakes) with maple syrup and they also do a tall stack of 6. They were delicious and a really generous portion size.

If you want to be a bit healthier, you can ask to leave off the syrup and have some fruit with them instead - but where´s the fun in that ???

YUMMY

We've only had the Miramar up for a continental type breakfast. Anywhere else that is good in that respect - with fresh fruit etc? Maybe its just going to be hotels though.

The Bahia does a lovely fruity breakfast, and of course the view is to die for.

Very rarely want a full english when in PP but daughter just loves Joker and on the odd occasion I have succumbed it has been very enjoyable

Personally prefer to pick up a take away cafe con leche and almond croisant from the spa on Formentor Road ..... go for a wander down the pinewalk eating my croissant and drinking my cafe as I go ( told you I was a classy lady lol )... love that early morning cameraderie you have with all the other people walking to grab a paper or some milk or mums and dads with small children grabbing some early morning beach time befor eit gets too warm ..... saying hola to everone you meet and watching the port wake up

Then walk back, sometime dabbling my feet in the sea as I go in time for a Cafe Con Leche at the Illa D'or just as the outside bar opens at 10am
