Great news sparky! We've only had one meal (so far) at Nostalgia but it was very good. Ross' (have I put the apostrophe in the right place?!) thai curry was really delicious

Glad to see you are paying attention - you need an extra "s" though! Good effort!

As an English teacher you might be disgusted to know that at teacher training and basic skills training we were encouraged to use the rule "If in doubt - leave out!"
as to get it wrong is much more noticeable.

I wasn't actually talking about punctuation in the first place SWS. I was simply responding to Debz post re. 'It's defin.I.tely Nostalgia though not Nostalgia's!'

My point being that this is a forum and we really need not worry about being exact as it really doesn't matter on here. It would be awful for people not to post due to the feeling that they may be judged. It really doesn't matter! I'm sure there are many like me who's fingers work quicker than their brain!

Sorry Elanour it was my attempt at humour which went right over your head, it was in response to what you said, it must be how my mind works

OK guys i think it's time stop talking about the finer points of the English language, none of us are perfect and we all make mistakes, this is a forum not the Open University.
This thread is about Ross returning to Nostalgia can we now get back on topic, thank you.
