Oh Boy Chris - where to start? :\
Check out Jane's list which includes Forum members' reviews of many of the restaurants in PP. We all have our favouites but truth is there are just too many good places to try. Depends what mood you are in/ who you are with/ what you like to eat too!
I'm going back for a week next month and here's the places I plan to go to - all may change when I get there though and I've seen a few recommendations on here like O'Lume which may also have to feature!
Have a fab holiday - great place you'll love it!

1. Eating
Tango - a PP institution about to close/ relocate. You can't not go! Menu of the day great value. Nice steaks.
Little Italy - great spot for lunch on the pinewalk. The first thing we do once we arrive after off-loading cases
Iru -
romantic dining on the Pine Walk by candle-light, lovely fresh food. A little upmarket!
Stay - I am dying to try - highly recommended on here for food and waterside setting
Manduca - great menu, food terrific, full of locals, slow service but relaxed eating experience
Laroc - great pizza lunch spot
Pollenca town - jump in a taxi and explore the old town. Try Il Giardino or Can Costa for great cuisine and then a stroll through the narrow streets
Hibiscus - family run - fab veggy paella, warm rolls, alioi - yum!
Chinese on Formentor Road - in case you're missing your Chinese food fix - the roast duck with hoi sin sauce is the probably the best that I have ever tasted
(That'll get you started

)
2. Drinking
Bony's - huge measures, great setting in the square, free comedy from Jose - the bar equivalent of Tango - another PP institution!
Bar Cultural - a "real" Mallorcan bar - more huge measures!
Miramar - great for people watching on the way out to dinner.
Bar Orange - Out on the water. Chic, comfy sofas, cocktails
Cafe 1812 in the square - good for ice-cream sundaes
