Default Swiss restaurant?

Visted ElCano in centre of Puerto Pollensa (Calle de el Cano, off the main street Ave de Joan XX111).This is the third time we've been there.
It is described on the business card as a Swiss restaurant, the owner is Austrian and the food is real home cooking and fabulous His menu is Majorcan and general meditteranean but he will cook you anything if you give him a days notice! I had a beautiful Majorcan dish, Pork in Cabbage leaves, my wife, a sea bass dish. His prices are great (32 for the whole meal including a bottle of good wine) and he opens all year. He doesn't advertise, he relies on repeat custom.
Get in there before he gets over popular. We will be eating there in the winter, its warm and cozy, and the food.....mmmmm!
