Default Another holiday in paradise

Back for my second visit after coming for the first time last summer and became totally smitten with the place as did my parents who returned twice last year. I wanted to come earlier this summer but flights from Scotland were very expensive as was accommodation but thatís another story. For me it is just great to be back visiting the places that made me so welcome on my first visit.
The church square feels different this year not as busy and grubbier, the pedestrian area on the front still seems busy and has the buzz that seems lacking in the church square. Its nice to see Bev & Tony still making a go of things in Can Balache (although they both look very tired)
Some new bars since last year surprised to see an African themed bar on the front although we stopped off for a nightcap on a couple of nights and it seems a nice friendly place, could not say the same for the new sports bar opposite the taxi rank.
Also tried the new karaoke bar opposite the Irish bar in the church square after reading the posts on here. I would say that most of the people there on the night we visited seemed to know one another which would suggest they live here, felt a little as if we were intruding.
The biggest frustration finding Fletchers closed again.
Well thatís it, sadly the holiday is coming to an end even though quieter than last year the magic remains I hope to return next year.
