Hi again all .... can anyone tell me if Trio will be open on the evening of first January, and if they are, how can I book a table in advance ?

Don't invite me to your new years party if you can face going out for a meal on the 1st !!!!!!!

Be very surprised if it's open having observed the debris at Trio at 6.a.m staggering home after a really great party night. Can't remember seeing anywhere open on the evening of the 1st as most people are sleeping it off til the 2nd. Worth a call though

Hi Bonyslad ..... no problem to us Belters, two nights in a row ! We're booked in at Stay on Hogmanay and no doubt having left there at an extremely sensible hour, having consumed no more than the odd half glass of the water of life, will be in fine fettle, tartan trews and all, for round 2. Now, if any of you locals fancy a wee get together on the evening of the 2nd .......
