Just spent 3 weeks listening to this tosh, one evening it was a stupid disco beat all night, surely this is not what the Port is all about it is ruining the whole ambiance.
Have emailed our protests.

I emailed the Manager yesterday, he was most apologetic & agreed that the musical format was inappropriate for the port & has agreed to make a complete review for next season. He also says that he is very surprised by the number of people who have complained, so keep emailing him.Apparently the busiest night for them was also the quietest in musical terms with an acoustic guitarist topping the bill.
We live in hope?

I would like to thank you -Cumberland 8, personally and on behalf of all the people on here that wish to keep the Pollensa experience/ambiance just the way we like it and as it was.
Live and let live yes, but not at the cost spoiling what the place means for a lot of people.

I have taken the liberty of speaking to the Daina manager Jose, this evening, following up on my previous email requesting a moderation in both musical volume & content of their future entertainment, he has assured me that it is being addressed & a change of policy will be installed for the new season, not only has he done this but he has tackled the bar next door which has been throwing out the disco beat at deafening noise levels 2 nights a week.If this is put into practise then he is to be commended , I would appreciate your help on any future disturbences.
