Kevin and Jane are pleased to announce that they are now open again, after being closed for a week.
What happened was, they have had a major electrical fault which stems back to the previous owners, after having a fire they had a bodged job done, this came back to bite Kev and Jane at the worst possible time. However they have now had the fault fixed (professionally by Endesa) and are now ready to serve you good food and drink as JK's always has.

Great news, just in time for my visit, It wouldn't be a holiday in PP without a few cold beers in JK's

Thank goodness, would'nt like to miss Challenge Cup Final in August, JK's is our usual haunt because it is so friendly and welcoming see you soon

Is there any word on JK's getting aircon in Sparky?

Rab,
JK's have always had aircon, there are two units, one is above the doorway into the kitchen and the other is to the left of the dartboard. They also have several large fans and now they have a large mobile aircon unit.

Cheers Sparky, Im well aware of the fans but didnt know about the two a/c units. I daresay with the weather your getting at the moment the units will be working overtime!
