Manducas has always been a family favorite, if you put Manduca into the search you should get lots of posts, changed hands a few years ago, great food, very friendly staff, up the road opposite the kiosk next to the bag shop opposite the travel agency

Kat19 - Manduca is on the approach to the square - if you head up from Grand cafe 19whateveritis to the Formentor road and go straight on (pedestrian area - do not try to drive!) heading to the Square, Manduca is the first restaurant on the left with blue canvas directors chairs from memory.

They do take aways which people are always sitting at the bar waiting for - says alot!

Default Best Pizza

The best pizzas in my opinion are from Little Italy on the Pine Walk. Great friendly service from the staff there too

Four of us enjoyed one of their half metre pizzas (with two different toppings) last week - fabulous!

We then watched a German family of four adults and two children demolish not one, not two but three half metre pizzas and two salads after us!

Belladonna, I take it you mean it's the place to go when you want to be seen, rather than a good place to eat. Couldn't agree more. Not my scene at all. Give me a nice quiet courtyard or a lovely cool, air-conditioned interior anytime.

In my view the the best pizza's to be found in the port are from 'Guru' (Formentor Road), 'Naciente' (round the corner, excellent meats as well), or 'El Casinet' (front line). Only my opinion though.

Perhaps we should have had a pizza.
staying at Eolo and went out for a pizza, doesnt say much for Eolos 25years experience making pizzas! Have to agree, they're poor. Best in port Manduca, but for the best best it's got to be the old town, the chessboard place that wa spicolo forno
