To get back to Hell's Kitchen, we had a lovely lunch there yesterday. Ian is still doing sunday roast but he is also doing "Spanglish" and it's great, it was far too hot for a roast so we had, bread, olives and alioli, pate for starters followed suckling pig which was as good if not better than any i have had in a Spanish/Mallorcan restaurant. This was washed down with water, a couple of large white wines, coffees and humungous glasses of Hierbas con hielo, total bill 31€.
As always the food was divine and the service from the lovely Gary was spot on, thanks guys .
HK is now open on Mondays and they are soon going to start serving:-
Salad Bowls of Thai beef, chicken caeser, prawn/rose marie sauce, tuna nicoise and a house salad.
Pan amb oli..iberian ham & mahon cheese with all the trimmings.
Hot beef and horseradish baguettes.
Pie in a pot...homemade steak & guiness.
