Hi Snowy,
When I went past the back a few days ago the garden was completely opened up so you could walk through from the back. So I suppose it must be open now, yes
I took a photo of a photo Jaime had outside on a board, to show the garden.
So it's not that clear but you can see it more or less

Great picture Sea Captain. It's looks a lovely place. I might even be tempted to eat there this year. I was always put off by the old place because it just looked so sombre and serious, very formal and up-market. Not much of an atmosphere.
Is the new place better? Do you think it's worth a visit?

Jamie's never let Miss Fussie down and she's veggie. As Smiddy says its best to see Jamie in advance. Only three weeks and a large party of Fussies will descend on O'Lume. Veggies and non veggies. Two dishes of note that Jamie's prepared in the past are a veggie Paella and veggie risotto. Even the carnivores enjoyed that.

Went about 10 days ago. The garden is just like the picture, sat at the table near the door. Only four or five tables taken throughout the evening. Food very good as usual, Jaimie as attentive as ever, pleasant young waitress from Sardinia who spoke several languages. Excellent G & T to start with, usual drink on the house (your own choice) to finish. A good night was had by all.
Very easy to find on Joan XX111 (the main road in from Pollenca), next to cafe/bar El Pozo (which again is good for a coffee, breakfast, etc. Run by a delightful lady called Elena, used by lots of locals as well as visitors, give it a try!).
O'Lume is only about 100m from Hotel Eolo which is by the roundabout near the marina and Valls ice cream kiosk. O.Lume is also almost opposite the town centre Eroski.

Oh no I am gutted. Haven't been on the forum much so didn't realise O'Lume had moved. We were in PP earlier this month (2nd to 9th June) and I wanted to take my Mum and hubby to O'Lume and went looking for it in the old location but couldn't find it - obvious why not now!
I also can't believe how blind I must be as we went into the Eroski every other day (I understand O'Lume is now across the road) and I didn't see it.
Must get on the forum more and get my eyes tested.
Back in August so will know where I am going now!

O Lume
We really enjoyed our meals at O Lume. the food and the presentation was first class. The first night we had the bread different butters and olives and the lttle freebe appetisers, then for starters we had Foie Grass which was awesome, for mains we both had sea bass in Martini sauce plus veg, i opted out for dessert but hubby had Crepes with Honey. We had a bottle of Lan Rioja and water, finished off with a liquer of our choice and sweeties as the friendly waitress called them, a truly wonderful evening.
The second night we went we ate indoors as it had been raining must have been last Tues usual bread rolls and butters and olives then for starters hubby had Octopus a Feira and i had Frito Marinero both excellant. For mains hubby had Beef Fillet and i had the lamb chops, just one sweet again cheese mousse very nice all washed down with a bottle of Marques de Victoria Rva.
The third night we went was the night before we went home so we couln't resist having exactly what we had on the first night we went there.
ps i nearly forgot we both had Tia Maria coffee made with yes fresh cream which is quite hard to get in Mallorca and he didn't charge us for this each night we had been there.
The bill came to 70 80, and 80 70 euros, how do i remember it all i made Jamie write it all down for me and oh yes we met Mr and Mrs Smiddy there the first night.
This restaurant gets a 9 out of 10 for us i'm taking off a point for being bitten 4 times by yhe dreaded Mozzies so spray yourselves if you're eating in the garden.
