Default Ross returns.

I know a lot of people on here were sad when chef Ross left Can Pacienci, so i am pleased to inform you that after a spell in Palma he is now back in the area and is resident chef in Nostalgia.
We were treated to a great meal in there last night, everything is freshly made and cooked by Ross, for starters i had pate and hubby had Thai fish cakes and for mains we both had the steak which was tender, tasty and perfectly cooked, i had jacket potato and hubby had home made chips we both had a side salad.
Other diners have told me his Thai curries and spare ribs are fantastic, so it looks like we will have to dine there again. Ross is a superb chef and a lovely guy, i wish him well. Good choice Colin and Michaela, along with Lee behind the bar you have a great team.

I understand it to be just off the main square. There are a few threads on it, just type in Nostalgia in the search box in the restauraunt/bar forum.

Sparky,

That's interesting , does that mean they are going to concentrate more on food ? If so , good luck to them , cos the decor is pretty smart and they made a big effort in kitting it out. Ca'n Pacienci always had a good reputation , is it still up for sale, what's happened to Dudley , etc etc ?

BonysLad

Terrible match this p.m. The "Pilgrims " were only just worst than us. We both looked like relegation teams, ah well, Real Madrid v Barca in an hour !!!

BL the kichen is open until about 22.30 pm and then the music and karaoke will take over until the wee small hours.

Don't know what is happening with Can P or Dudley.
