Default New Late Night Cafe /Bar

While walking on the Virgin del Carmen I noticed this new bar has opened. It is called Gordy's and opens five til late offering a variety of snack type foods. I haven't tried it so can't comment.

Yes Lollipop, we walked passed this afternoon, it was a fish and chip shop years ago and is at the back of the "Burger King".

Saw them doing it up last time we were there, just across the road from our place, hope it's not noisy.

Big Gordon from Glasgow has been working on this for a while, he must have opened up. His wife Sharon sings round the bars in Majorca, so you,ll maybe get a wee sing song Whaley.

Just an update, as we are over here at the moment. Gordys is very quiet and I dont think my apprehensions will be founded. Their menu is English and it is nice to see that somebody has taken over an empty place.

The times of opening on the door is 5.0pm until late, I would imagine that will be when the last punter goes home.

Whaley - you bought your apartment because of the fish and chip shop?

I've never heard that as a criteria before

having just got back I can tell you that Gordy's is not exactly quiet...there may not be many people in there but most nights there but it was still going at 2.30-3.00am... then you had all the goodbyes ...not condusive to a good nights sleep
