Default Alternatives to Bonanca Bar/Pool

Thanks for this info, Debz. Not the news I'd been hoping to hear! I guess we'll just have to look for other pools.... All suggestions welcome! we're staying in El Faro.

Default Bonanca bar

The area is not too far from the new public swimming, surely it will be fully up and running by the summer? Can't think of many others which wouldn't involve trespassing, There was one down at the Balaixa(don't know what it's called now) but that's miles away and you would require a car.

Thanks, Smiddy - good suggestion. We'll check out the new public swimming pool.

I am sure I spoke to someone one year who said he used the Daina Pool even though he wasn't staying there but I think the pool is salt water

Default Bonanca bar

I also had a freind who used this pool every morning, believe it is salt-water. Technicaly anybody could use any pool, but if was me, paying good money for these hotels, i would not be too chuffed at outsiders using the facilities. Nor would it be fair to posters on this board who have booked these hotels/aparthotels to read such suggestions.

From recollection quite a few of the hotels don't mind people using their pools if they also stay for some food and/or drinks. Also some apartments without pools appear to have 'arrangements' with nearby hotels - probably on the same basis.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. Hopefully, we'll find a place that'll allow us the use of their pool!! Can't wait to get back. I keep checking the webcam for my daily fix!
